@Victor, have you tried to change your credentials at https://one.ubuntu.com/auth/login/ and then resync your ubuntuone-client? Please remember that you have to write all your report using English, Thanks in advance.

If this is still an issue for you with the latest version of Ubuntu you can reopen this bug by changing the 'Status' to 'New'. The status of a bug report can be modified by clicking on the current status in the yellow line, which will reveal a sub menu.
