Iconify (to tray) on start

I'd like to start zim iconified (i.e. in the tray). I think we just need a new command line switch to run zim without opening a notebook.

What you want is to only start the tray icon without opening an actual notebook yet. Need to think if commandline option is the best way for that, or just include a zim-tray script.

It is possible now to run Zim minimized to tray?

I think that is a very important feature for those who use Zim autorun at system startup.

Fixed in rev226. Now running "zim --plugin trayicon" should just start the trayicon without showing a notebook.

Is it possible to download the fix somewhere please ( running Debian squeeze ) .. cant see anything in the zim download directory or Debian repositories.... thanks

Not available for download yet as a package. However you can check out
the development branch using bazaar when you want to test it.

Status of this issue is "Fix Committed" which means it is in the
development branch. Once it is available for download status will go
to "Fix Released".
