Bug Description

Binary package hint: decibel

It's included by Decibel/decibel_export.h and Decibel/types.h. This doesn't cause build failure but makes it impossible to build applications dependant on this library.

The decibel source package has been removed from lucid (see https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/decibel/+publishinghistory) so this bug is no longer valid.
