Save and restore properties window size

Bug Description

what about to save the size of the clip properties window? i use to resize it to have a significant view of the preview but each time i have to resize the window.

In stead of resizing (hardcoded), maybe it's better to remember the size of the properties window and restore it, the next time it comes up.

This patch has been committed to the trunk. There were a few issues with it that I had to fix. The hpane was not being restored correctly, sense the dialog was being rendered prior to resizing the widgets. So I refactored the code a bit, and fixed it. Thanks!
