Bug Description
Binary package hint: initramfs-tools
In lucid, resuming from hibernation is not attempted at all. It just boots normally, and later on the boot process fscks the unclean root fs and re-mkswaps the swap partition (it sees the hibernate signature on it, which is useless at that point).
