Bug Description

Create a detailed checklist in app-mvhub/doc/checklist listing every command and test necessary for migrating the v2 production code to v3.

app-mvhub/doc/checklist is the wrong place to put this document. We really shouldn't be putting internal documentation not meant to be used by people downloading our code within the source branch. I'm going to create the document within boxes/procedures/ as that seems like the correct place for it.

Sorry, didn't make much of a checklist when I did the migration. It was a really simple affair anyways, just dump v2 database, load v2 prod data into existing v3 prod database, and then modified the DNS settings to have mvhub.com point to the v3 web server.
