Bug Description

Binary package hint: evolution

Evolution cannot import '.eml' files (the files which are created when somebody forwarded an e-mail to you).
I think this feature is VERY important and it's very good that at least Thunderbird and KMail has it (under Linux).

comment there:

"If you're talking about mbox files, you have to use File -> Import.

It's been proposed to have Evolution announce to the rest of the desktop that
it knows how to open importable file types (mbox, ical, csv, etc.) so
Evolution's import assistant would start automatically when you double-click on
one of these files types in, say, Nautilus. But that feature is not written
yet. "

'.eml' files cannot be imported. This type of files is not supported in Evolution.
