Bug Description

On the second line of an individual Work displayed on Search Results page (and Subject List view and Author page) we should also note when it was first published.

So, this...

The songlines by Bruce Chatwin
6 editions

...becomes this:

The songlines by Bruce Chatwin
6 editions | First published in 1986 by Franklin Press

Ideally, that "First published" chunk should be a link to the first edition page too, but only go blue and underlined onmouseover.

This now works, mostly, except not always: http://upstream.openlibrary.org/search?q=douglas+coupland

Can we get the date linking to the edition it refers to? (noted above?)

Linking to first edition requires a reindex.

The first published date shows up.
(It is not a link to that edition though, as suggested.)
