Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdeedu

Attempting to install the 20100112.1 dvd of edubuntu fails. The relevant lines in the syslog appear to be:

Thanks for your report, it's something I saw in today's build report for
Edubuntu, though that issue only affects the amd64 image (we used the
i386 image as a testing base for our bug day).

I suspect something is wrong with KDE and amd64 at the moment and hope
to see that fixed automatically in Edubuntu afterwards.

Due to build issues of KDE thanks to a broken MESA package the amd64 images from the last few days should be broken. The packages were finally built yesterday so the coming images should be fine.

not actually a bug in kdeedu, and will be resolved with a respin of the DVD (which should happen in a couple of hours), so closing.
