Changing "speed" ignores all Layout adjustments (size for example)

To reproduce:

1. Put a video on a track

2. Right click -> Layout -> 1/4 size Top Left

3. Play to confirm it works

4. Right click -> Properties -> Speed tab -> Change speed to anything but normal

5. Click Play, everything should now be distorted

Yes i confirm, it's impressing too. I think that MLT the cause. What your version of MLT ?

Not only do I not know which version of MLT I'm running, I don't even know what MLT means :-P

I am running Ubuntu 9.10 32bit

Openshot 1.0.0 installed from the official PPA.

Hopefully that helps.

melt -version
And you put here the result of this command.

You have too this command :
sudo apt-cache policy melt
It gives you nearly the same result.
Ho i have forgotten to tell you the last time than MLT is the framework video of Openshot. MLT means Media Lovin Toolkit and you can find it here :http://www.mltframework.org/twiki/bin/view/MLT/

I'm using MLT 0.4.5, I think this came with the Openshot 1.1.3 deb for Ubuntu 9.04.

But for me, adjusting any speed changes makes the clip distorted no matter if I change the layout or not.
