After a reinstall of Ubuntu One, I copy a small file to the Ubuntu One folder. Synch starts and fails, the test file is renamed with .u1conflict. Nothing changes on line. If I upload on the web nothing happens on my ubuntu one folder.

Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client
I have installed ubuntu-one client several times (so I think it will be the last release), and it is always the same result. When I add a file to the ubuntu one folder, the client informs that it is updating and after a while it says "updated finished 0 files" and there is no change on the web. Then the system adds .u1conflict to the file name. On the other hand if I add a file on the web, there in no change in my ubuntu file folder either. I have tried this service in other machines (Ubuntu 9.10 was installed from the same CD) and it works perfectly. Could you please give me a solution to my problem? I need this service for my work.
Thanks

Hi ANA,
I'm sorry to hear you've experienced problems with Ubuntu One. Unfortunately, this bug report does not give any details that help us determine what the root cause of the issue might be. Can you do the following so that we can better help get you up and running with Ubuntu One?
1. Open (or create if it doesn't exist): ~/.config/ ubuntuone/ syncdaemon. conf
2. Add the following 2 lines to this file and save:
[__main__]
log_level = DEBUG
3. Restart the Ubuntu One client ubuntuone/ log/syncdaemon. log to this bug report
4. Copy files into your ~/Ubuntu One folder
5. Attach ~/.cache/
6. From a terminal session, run: apport-collect -p ubuntuone-client 506485
Note that attaching syncdaemon.log will show filenames you are attempting to sync with Ubuntu One. If you do not want this to be public, please mark the bug as private and this bug report will only be available to you and the Ubuntu One team.
Thank you,
Joshua
