Bug Description

Add an INTALL file explain how to install the snippets and where we need to put them. Better if you can create an install script

I don't believe this is necessary. These are code snippets, not something you "install". Maybe a simple README/INSTALL explaining the purpose of these scripts, and that they are for reference, more then running.
