Server action , attrs in form view is not working properly

Bug Description

Hello,

Server action form is not displayed properly specially for the dummy state..(Administration -> Customization -> Action -> Server Actions)As there is no page define for the state = 'dummy' , it takes first page string defined in the view ...no matter it should be visible on that state or not.It works fine with other state values as page are defined for them.
I am using stable web client - revno : 2795
