Bug Description

Binary package hint: vim

Since upgrading to Ubuntu Karmic, saving a file via netrw causes vim to set "syntax=netrw". The problem didn't occur in Jaunty.

To reproduce:
- Open a file via netrw, for example: vim scp://yourusername@localhost:/home/yourusername/filethatexists.php
- Save the file, the syntax highlighting should be gone
- Type :set syntax?

If you edited a php script, you would expect it to say "syntax=php", but instead it shows "syntax=netrw"
