Bug Description
qbrowse, qannotate show me revision number in table view as only 4 digits. This is wrong for branches where revno goes over 9999. For example: lp:python with 40+K revisions. Open bzr qbrowse -r-1 there and check .bzrignore file. It was changed in 39999 revision, but both qbrowse and qannotate eat leading 3 and show only 9999.
