Buddy list gradually get's wider.

Over time, starting and stopping my laptop, the "Buddy List" window get's wider, and cannot be resized smaller with the window manager.

Looking at the preferences file. ~/.purple/prefs.xml, the preference under 'blist' increases by 6.
eg. Setting the following..

<pref version='1' name='/'>
  ...
  <pref name='pidgin'>
    ...
    <pref name='blist'>
      ...
      <pref name='width' type='int' value='300'/>
      ..
    </pref>
  ...
  </pref>
  ...
</pref>

Starting and exiting pidgin causes this preference to takes the value 306.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Do you get the same with Lucid or Maverick? Thanks in advance.

Wow is that Blist a long ways down I made it 481 in place of the 981 makes it about right !
