(Patch) peerlist: hide zero, use friendlyUnit

Two wishlist/feature requests for the speed display in peerlist:

1) Use friendlyUnit (I hope it's better that way)
2) Hide exact zero. This makes the display much nicer IMHO

Patch for both appended.
