duplications in bzr

Since this got lost in traffic at the mailinglist. Here it will haunt you forever :)

This patch removes two small duplications from bzr. One in the NEWS file and one in bzr help pull.

I just submitted it. This really took too long. (I think everyone thought someone else did it).

Perhaps we need a publically committable "trivial fixes" branch, which the core devs can then cherry pick good stuff from, with the hope that normally it will just be a straight merge? Then at least this sort of thing won't get lost.

There is a team one at
sftp://bazaar.launchpad.net/~bzr/bzr/trivial-fixes now.

It is doing the initial push now.
