Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client

I've added files on a machine with U1, but they appear neither in the web interface nor on other machines. Applet indicates various states: first it was displayed and on hover I got message "updating files" for ten minutes but nothing happened, after restarting the applet was in the same state, then it disappeared in a minute and didn't show up even after switching to "always shown" in preferences, and now it says "updating 1 of 36 files" for five minutes, but I haven't got any files that could sync for so long. Everything was OK before. Syncdaemon.log file with debug output is attached to this report. Syncdaemon-exceptions file is empty.

I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One isn't working properly for you. Can you try the following and let me know the results?

   1. Quit the Ubuntu One client
   2. Open Applications->Accessories->Passwords and Encryption Keys
   3. Click on the arrow next to "Passwords"
   4. Right-click on the Ubuntu One token and select "Delete"
   5. Go to https://one.ubuntu.com/account/machines/
   6. Click on the checkbox next to your computer
   7. Click the "Remove selected computers" button
   8. Open Applications->Internet->Ubuntu One
   9. A web page should open, prompting you to add your computer to your Ubuntu One account
  10. Add your computer

You should be connected after you follow these steps, Thanks in advance.

I've found a workaround for this, sorry I didn't notify you. After some time Ubuntu One started syncing files which were added after this failure, but still couldn't sync several files from ~/Ubuntu One/Ubuntu Furry Remix/Branch 2/ folder. After uploading them via web interface everything works properly. Sorry I couldn't try the fixes you suggested.
