Bug Description

Media on desktop have the "Email File" option in the context menu. This is true whether they are mounted or not.

This is not the case with media in "media:/", and folders can't be emailed anyways. Can someone remove this option?

confirmed that actions are not available in media:/ neither is move to or copy to

Ultimately, all of them can be removed if necessary, but it would be nice to have "Copy To" and "Move Contents To".

I confirm that these troubles this exist in the latest kubuntu edgy.

Should this be moved to kdebase?

Any place that fits that it would get attention. I'm really surprised this
has been broken for so long.

This should have a high priority!
It is often seen and probably easy to fix.
This bug is also present in Feisty Beta 1
