 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 127

The root cause of this FTBFS is apparently http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=560252
so sync to newer fontconfig (LP: #490326) might resolve this bug.

Package 'unixcw' is now building successfully on all platforms.
