Bug Description

In working on setting up some new code imports, I struggled a bit to find the code-import page.

It turned out that the easiest way for me to find it, was to create a dummy series in a project I own, and then follow that link to "the code for this series is elsewhere".

I'm not sure how to make it easier to find, but google and the search bar at the bottom didn't seem to be much help.

Specifically, I'm talking about
https://code.edge.launchpad.net/+code-imports/+new

Which you can just go directly to for any new import you want to run. But the only way I've *found* that link was to go through a Series page.

I think this is very important.
I would add it on the branch listing below to "Register a branch", "Import a branch".

I don't see "import a branch" anywhere on this page:

I do see an "Import your project" on this page:
https://code.edge.launchpad.net/wine

I'm guessing the difference is whether you check the:
Code for this project is published in Bazaar branches on Launchpad

Link?

I'll also mention (though certainly a different bug), that if I click on that link, it takes me to: https://code.edge.launchpad.net/+code-imports/+new I would sort of expect it to fill out the project for me, given that I'm linking *from* a project.

Also, 'import your project' sounds much more like importing an entirely different project, not "import a new branch of this project from upstream".

Yes.

Yeah, that is somewhat screwed, and should be fixed.

Another UI glitch, but I agree.
