Bug Description

Even when you are already in the presentation buffer, vm-expose-hidden-headers
('t') sends you back to the summary buffer. This is annoying since
usually one of the first things you do after running vm-expose-headers
is to scroll back and look at the detailed, previously hidden headers --
which means you have to then manually go back to the presentation
buffer...

Notes:

vm-expose-hidden-headers is calling, through vm-display, vm-set-window-configuration for the argument 'reading. This is setting the window-configuration to the standard reading configuration with the cursor in the summary window.

Still other aspects to the problem. Doing vm-expose-hidden-headers in the summary window takes you to the presentation buffer. Needs more work.

Change the arguments of vm-display to nil nil solves half the problem. The cursor does not move away from the current buffer.

However, this means that, if one does vm-expose-hidden-headers from a folder buffer, then no visible change takes place. The Presentation buffer, which has the changes, is not displayed.

Added vm-replace-buffer-in-windows so that the presentation buffer can be seen.
