Implement Additional Effects (i.e. contrast and edgeglow effects)

I've made a test implementation of contrast and edgeglow effects from frei0r.
Maybe it can be added to openshot distribution.
I've uploaded the files to user forum

It should be nice to include in openshot folders the base images to make icons for effects.
I can get the logo from logo.svg in images folder, but icons background is missing

Thanks for your participation and your work (like i have said on the forum!!!).
I'll tag this as 'wishlist' so it doesn't get lost in the bug tracker.It's a good idea and i'm sure than Jonathan will include them in the next realese.
So like i have said on the forum (i've not yet send a mail to ask you that but ) if we can have on the forum the background image that people will use it for create personal icon which will customize the new effect, it will be wonderful. Thanks.

Yes, thanks for your hard work putting together these effect XML files. I did not include them in version 1.0, since they were not translated, but I'll get them into our source code very soon. Thanks.
