Firefox icon in "About Mozilla Firefox" doesn't handle horizontal resizing

1. Run Firefox
2. Open "About Mozilla Firefox" windo
3. Resize it horizontally

What happens:

If you make the window wider, you notice that the icon can't handle it with grace

What should happen:

The opposite.

You can't even resize the dialog on Windows, so don't expect this to be fixed unless you do the work.
