Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.5

Smooth scrolling is a very useful feature, when it works.

Setup: Tap the scroll wheel. Scroll icon appears.
Expected: Slide Mouse up or down to smoothly control direction and speed of scrolling anytime. Like MS Intellimouse.
Actual: Sometimes scrolls very rapidly, and no longer responds to mouse control. Cancel scrolling with Escape.

I don't think so. let's upvote this!
It seems to affect people with Microsoft mouse. Plugging-unplugging does the trick, but it's annoying to do this!
