Bug Description

Lance, can you please bring the appearance of this page in line with others. We also need an "admin section" that shows the whole log entry for that error.

We should also link directly to the log error dump -- example: http://ia331533.us.archive.org/logs/upstream-errors/2010-01-08/002639692816.html - and allow admins logged in to Open Library access directly to the page without logging in again.
