Install shows BusyBox command shell and goes no further

Bug Description

Downloaded the .iso, burned to a cd and booted.

Selecting install or run from cd it boots to BusyBox command. I was expecting some sort of installer, is there something I am missing?

It shows the loading screen with the moving bar but eventually ends up in BusyBox.

Usually this happen when there is either not enough memory, of a problem with the memory. Though I have never had any luck with Sony hardware and Linux.
