Bug Description
How do you calculate the Degree Variance for out-degree centrality and in-degree centrality? It's not the S.D. in my understanding.

Degree Variance was calculated using the plain DC indeces not the standardized ones. That caused misunderstanding as people thought we were using the standardized DC indeces.
