Please sync hildon-thumbnail 3.0.23~svn18048-4 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

The Debian package is based off 2.0.0-0ubuntu1, so the delta is the
FTBFS fix for bug 300215, which doesn't seem to manifest in the present
version, so the patch is unnecessary.
