Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Debian has fixed FTBFS with gcc 4.4 hence can be synced again

omnievents (1:2.6.2-1.2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Fix FTBFS with GCC 4.4, added missing #includes, thanks to Martin
