Bug Description
It could be cool if the user is able to slow down the playback speed to help him to understand.
Perroquet should use the work made in playitslowly :

This task is partially implemented. Only audio speed is changed but the video is not very useful and the feature is usable. There is also a bug with the time slider but i don't find how to solve it properly.
