change dimensions to height, width and depth

Bug Description

The book figure in the edition edit page displays "depth", "height" and "weight" in that order. The dimensions are often written as height x width x depth. So it'll be more natural to ask the user to enter the details in the same order. Can the figure be changed to get the new order?

Another small glitch: The tab order needs to be fixed. units should come after height, width and depth in the tab order.

Is this fixed now? Does the form save dimensions?

So close now! http://upstream.openlibrary.org/books/OL2551605M/Either_or/edit the spacing between the boxes is a bit uneven, and it looks now like the cm/inches radio buttons are wrapping. (Can they be 11px?)

Adjusted the width of the inputs from 70px to 50px. Still fit 5 numbers comfortably in case something is 92.825 cm (or something)
