Bug Description
There are Not Enough hints on visible widgets.
The Tree toolbar and the Tabs are the only things with tips.

It looks like most Linux programs that provides "hints" or "tips" or whatever, do so on the status bar (such as Abiword or gedit). Even though tooltips are easy-to-use for the menu bar, I just tried a dozen different programs and I couldn't find one example that did tooltips in the menu bar.
Several programs like Firefox and others don't do those tips at all.
