Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
no functional changes, can be synced.

xorg-sgml-doctools (1:1.3-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Add Vcs-{Git,Browser}.
  * Run autoreconf on build.
  * New upstream release (X11R7.5).
  * Build the package in binary-indep, not binary-arch; and fix ordering of
    some dh_* commands (lintian).
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.3.
  * Remove Branden from Uploaders.
