remove accents character list incomplete

Hi,

Great application that saved me some work managing my music collection. However, I noticed that the ð character was not included in the remove accents list.

The following character was also missed æ. This of course is not an accent but rather a letter in some languages, including Danish and Norwegian. It does cause issues for certain file systems but is surely not the only character of it's type in Unicode. Maybe the renaming of not alphabetic characters could be handled with a separate option?

I just found another character ç probably falls into the same category as the æ although the cedilla can be used with characters other then c:
