After Firefox is shut down, it continues to use 30-40% of CPU and 150MB+ memory and will not restart until I kill it with System Monitor.

I am up to Version 3.5.7 and still having the same problem from time to time.. I've read posts on the Ubuntu Forums where others are having this same problem. One of them is running Version 3.6....
