[v4l] philips webcam spc650nc does not function

Philips WebCam SPC650NC is not recognized and it cannot be used at all.

The release date of it is on 15 April 2007 according to the above web-site.

I've tried to manually load the "pwc" and several other kernel modules but the camera cannot still be recognized.
