Timeline zooming should center on playhead

Bug Description

When using the mouse wheel to zoom into the timeline, the point under the mouse should remain where it is on the screen. This allows the user to point at something and zoom in to see the detail without having to change the Play Head position.

(Currently using OpenShot 0.9.54 on Ubuntu 9.10 via the openshot-edge PPA)
