up grad to 6.06 pkg did not load proper error insaller said xserver has corupt pkg on it please report it

 after upgrading to6.06 6.06 from breezy5.10 receved fatial error report on setup that pkg in xserver was corupt !! rebouted and pcmcia serice dose not start tried to reload pcmcia and got back error codes E:process/usr/bin/dpkg code1, E: not
locked, E:tetex-base: sub prosess post-installation script returned error exit status 1, E: tetex-bin:,-extra:, jadetex: dependency problems leaving unconfuged . installer
