Blog home link contains subdomained URL

After setting up the plugin with a basic configuration, everything works and redirects properly, with the exception of the home link at the top of the blog. For example:

Navigate to http://digitalnoisephoto.com > Click on 365 (or just navigate to http://365.digitalnoisephoto.com) > Note that on the archives page at this subdomain, the main Home link at the top left is a link to http://365.digitalnoisephoto.com// (the two forward slashes is not a typo). Alternately, the same is true when clicking on the stories within this archives page, the home link still shows this same link.

Oddly enough, the About and Links menu items at the top function normally.

Any ideas?
