Bug Description
Binary package hint: mypasswordsafe
When I installed MyPasswordSafe I was unable to find it in the Applications menu. I expected to find it in Applications > Accessories with other Security Utilities like KeePassX, PasswordGorilla, or Revelation Password Manager. I suspect this is because the package has a /usr/share/menu entry instead of a /usr/share/
Didn't some program convert these? It seems like providing the .desktop entry is the best, or if not to depend on or at least suggest the package that converts /usr/share/menu entries to .desktop entries.
I see the package is getting stale upstream. It's greatest feature is providing a native gui that is compatible with Password Safe. Perhaps there is a more up-to-date replacement.
