Bug Description

Fresh install of Helena with updates applied

When attempting to load the appearance dialog in gnome-control-center or run gnome-appearance-properties from the command line, the following error is received:

(gnome-appearance-properties:2715): appearance-properties-WARNING **: Could not load user interface file: Failed to open file '/usr/share/gnome-control-center/ui/appearance.ui': No such file or directory

Indeed this folder (/usr/share/gnome-control-center/ui) does not exist at all.

Can you check that you have the package capplets-data installed?
