downloading msttcorefonts caused upgrade to 9.10 to crash

Bug Description

Binary package hint: msttcorefonts

I am using 9.4 on a Sony Vaio "VGN-NW130J" on a really cruddy net connection. It also seems to have corrupted firefox seeings how I can't type or select an address bar without it having an error.
