Bug Description

Binary package hint: pidgin

I've set GNOME to display a 24h clock, and while it does, pidgin still shows am/pm. pidgin has no settings to define 12/24, so I'm left to presume it depends on the desktop system to find out what the user wants. In this case, it's not realizing I want 24h clock.
