Bug Description
You see double entries under Management when user belong to some group and the same options are ticked for group and user.
To recreate:
Create user,
create group,
Go to group> menu security
Assign Display option
Go to user > menu security
Assign Display option
Double entries and server explodes :)

I suspect its a query tweak to only return distinct rows.
