Bug Description
The /etc/wlan/shared script checks to see if there is hotplug on the system. If there is no /proc entry for hotplug the "if [ ]" statement gets garbled and the script complains "bash: [: too many arguments". Nothing serious, but irritating.

Just adds "" around the usually empty cat output, so there is no empty -x primitive.
