Thanks for your report.

It seems that you're trying to install MySQL 5.0 while having 5.1 already installed. Downgrading from 5.1 to 5.0 is not supported.
Could you try to uninstall 5.1 first (backup your database and completely purge the 5.1 packages) ?
PS: Doing so may result in a data loss.
