This looks like your mono installation is messed up.
Any chance you've installed something in this direction manually, e.g. from another repository?
Is it still a problem for you?

I cannot confirm this here (on Ubuntu Lucid).

A quick search relieved this: http://ubuntuforums.org/showpost.php?p=6709635&postcount=6 - which may help.

JFI: tried to search for this on Launchpad to find similar bugs, but it times out (reported as bug 611741).

Via Google (http://www.google.de/search?q="Could+not+load+file+or+assembly+gtk-sharp"+site%3Alaunchpad.net) I found e.g. bug 532793, which might help you to fix this.

It's very likely that it's not related to sysinfo, but somehow your Mono in not setup correctly.
