This can be caused due to mic not configured on the other end.

om26er: just for that reason alone doesn't mean that you can invalidate the bug. But the reporter hasn't responded in a while and thats just reason to invalidate this bug. if the original reporter can answer the original request, they should feel free to reopen this bug again.
